Eine Rakete landet auf der Erde. Die interplanetarische Polizei beauftragt Rauminspektor Larry Mann, der Sache auf den Grund zu gehen. Bei seinen Untersuchungen entdeckt Larry die beiden Zombies Narab und Marec, die verdächtiges Material auf einen Lastwagen verladen. Zwei Erdlinge helfen ihnen dabei. Mutig springt Larry Mann auf das Dach des Wagens, um hinter das Geheimnis zu kommen .... doch dass ist erst der Anfang von unglaublichen Abenteuern. Die Marsmenschen versuchen, mit Hilfe von Verbrechern die Erde zu vernichten.
