KO TSUN-KIN, a sniper and trainer of the Special Duties Unit (SDU), is under orders to keep a close watch on the drug cartels of the Golden Triangle. During an operation to knock down the targets by the SDU, one of the bandits reportedly escapes, and is later intercepted by an inspector of the Crime Unit, SHEUNG KOON MING-CHU. However, such unauthorized action prompts dissatisfaction from her superior. TSUN-KIN's elder brother TSUN-SHEK, who is a senior manager of an insurance company, has been persuading him to change his career, yet TSUN-KIN is so committed to his career as a police officer that he says nothing to this. Sharpshooter LEE HO-YEUNG runs into an arrogant shooter in the shooting association.
