MEI is going back to the Philippines. FU proposes to her. CHAN has opened up another illegal casino. CHONG and a number of tycoons go to CHAN’s casino to play with FU. CHONG is in the lead at the beginning. But then he deliberately lets FU catch up with him. The game ends in a draw.
