Fai is too old to prepare his concrete by himself and is sick. Fortunately, Choi Tip takes care him and the love relation between the two thus increased tremendously. Fai woos Tip during his concrete. Tip is very happy and surprised. Shiu Cheung swallows up the shares after he takes over the bank. When he knows that Ki is alive, he decides to kill her.
