Eigentlich hatte Professor Moriarty alles so gut durchdacht: Während Smiley einen Juwelier ablenkt, stiehlt er einen wertvollen Edelstein, und versteckt ihn anschließend in einer Puppe, um eine Durchsuchung durch die Polizei zu überstehen.
